The 5-Count Ringette Goalie Award past recipients
2018
Alyssa (Lisa) Silliker (Kanata, ON) – chosen because of her interest in using the award money to purchase training aids and additional equipment to help her as she volunteers to coach and mentor new goalies.
Kendra Nesbitt (Aylmer, ON) – chosen because of her interest in using the award money to promote and build the recognition of her university ringette team around the Wilfred Laurier University campus.
2017
Alexxus Newman (Cambridge, ON) – chosen because of her interest in using the award money to volunteer twice a month in her local association to help younger goalies develop.
Kirsten Schofield (Gravenhurst, ON) – chosen because of her interest in using the award money to continue with the sport she loves into university.
2016
Ellen Hoban (Calgary, AB) – chosen because of her interest in using the award money to help younger players in her area to come try being a ringette goalie and help them develop.
Sarah MacDonald (Langley, BC) – chosen because of her interest to raise funds to organize an event where kids in Jumpstart and the community can come learn about our great sport of ringette.
2015
Sydney Durnin (Goderich, ON) – chosen because she donated a “Bring a Friend to Ringette” ice time since that is how she first got involved in our great sport and also for equipment and training to help her and the other goalies in her association to keep getting better.
Sarah Cram (Ottawa, ON) – chosen because of her interest in using the award money towards equipment to help her transition to the open division and also the time and effort she has put in to teaching younger goalies in her association and making the goalie position something fun.
