“I’m involved in ringette because it keeps me so busy that it keeps me out of trouble! On a serious note, I’ve been involved for roughly 20 years and I stay involved because I love the sport and see it as my way of giving back to my community that has given me so much over the years. As one of the co-head coaches of the Atlantic Attack, the best part about coaching this team is having this feeling of accomplishment linked to the season of success we just experienced. It has been the most successful season in the team’s history. This team overcame a lot of hurdles to join the National Ringette League, followed by a few seasons where we felt like we were in survival mode. We were having a hard time finding enough players to even form a team each season. This is why our success this regular season is so special.” – Julien Leger (Saint-Antoine, New Brunswick)
