All-Stars named at the 2025 Canadian Ringette Championships
Ottawa, ON–All-Stars were named Sunday at the Closing Ceremony of the 2025 Canadian Ringette Championships held in Ottawa, Ont.
The Canadian Ringette Championships crown champions in the U16, U19, and National Ringette League divisions, providing a week of fun, friendship, and tough competition while promoting the sport of ringette across Canada.
The Championships also emphasize excellence in competitive ringette – both team and individual performances. All-Stars are selected by high performance scouts based on the following criteria as demonstrated throughout the week: general excellence, specialized skills in their position, contribution to team success, capacity for fair play, and sportsmanship.
Agnes Jacks True Sport awards were also presented in each division. The 2025 winners included Regina Stingers in the U16 division, Calgary Bold in the U19 division and the Waterloo Wildfire in the National Ringette League division.

About Ringette Canada
Ringette Canada is the national body that oversees ringette in Canada. Ringette is a Canadian sport that was invented in 1963 in North Bay, Ontario by Sam Jacks. There are currently over 30,000 players on nearly 2,000 teams across Canada, with over 1,500 officials and nearly 8000 coaches. Internationally, it is played in more than half a dozen countries worldwide.
