CRC Day 5 – April 12, 2024
Dieppe, NB – The fifth day of the 2024 Canadian Ringette Championships brought an exciting day of ringette for fans, as well as a visit from the Atlantic Attack NRL in the Come Try Ringette at the CRC event.
In the National Ringette League (NRL) division, the Calgary RATH will face the defending champion Edmonton WAM! for the gold medal at 3 p.m. ADT, and the Montreal Mission will face the Waterloo Wildfire at 2 p.m. for the bronze medal. The Rive Sud Revolution defeated the Gatineau Fusion 10-9 in the consultation round. The annual NRL Awards will be awarded at the closing ceremony at 7 p.m. ADT at the Moncton Coliseum.
In the U19 division, the Calgary Crew will face the Zone 2 Blaze at 9 am ADT in the bronze medal game. The gold medal will be contested at 11 a.m. ADT by Team New Brunswick and Team Alberta. Team Ontario will face Team British Columbia in the consolation game at 10 a.m. ADT.
In the U16 division, Zone 2 Blaze will face the Calgary Peak at 12 p.m. ADT in the bronze medal game. Team Alberta and the Cyclones de Quebec will battle for the gold medal at 1 pm ADT. Team Saskatchewan will face Team British Columbia at 8 a.m ADT.
