U18 Development Team Coaching Staff and camp invitations announced
Ringette Canada is pleased to announce the coaching staff and invitations to 40 athletes to compete at the 2023 u18 Development and Selection Camp from August 7 – 14, 2023 in Calgary, Alberta.
From the forty (40) athletes, thirty-four (34) athletes will be selected to represent Canada in the International Development Program hosted during the World Ringette Championship at WinSport from October 26 – November 4, 2023 in Calgary, Alberta.

Tracey Tulloch
Originally from Bedford, NS and now living in Halifax, NS. Tracey Tulloch has been coaching ringette for 24 years. Tracey has coached at the provincial level for much of that time and has had the opportunity to be a part of the NS Canada Winter Games team staff over three cycles. Tracey has also been a part of the team staff of the National Ringette League’s Atlantic Attack since 2019. Tracey has been a part of the 2010 and 2017 Senior National Team programs as Team Leader, and was most recently a Head Coach at the 2022 U17 La Releve. Tracey is excited at the prospect of continuing to work with some of these U18 athletes in their introduction to the International level. When asked about the opportunity, Tulloch shared, “I’m excited to be a part of this new program that should help to prepare our Canadian players to compete on the world ringette stage.”
Sarah Ianni
Sarah Ianni is returning to the National Team Program after being a part of the bench staff for the 2015 and 2017 U21 Programs. As an athlete, Sarah has represented Canada in three National Team Programs, was an assistant captain in 2002 when Canada won the World Championships and is a member of Ringette Canada’s Hall of Fame in the athlete and team category. Sarah is currently the head coach for the U19AA team in Richmond Hill where she has coached for the past 12 seasons and is a high school mathematics teacher in Toronto.
Jessica Boisvert
Jessica Boisvert is an accomplished coach in Ontario, medaling at the Ontario Winter Games and winning provincial championships. Jessica brings experience from playing in the National Ringette League and coaching at the Canadian Ringette Championships at the U16, U19 and NRL levels. She is currently coaching the Nepean Ravens NRL team in Ottawa where she works as a physical education teacher in the Ottawa Carleton District School Board.
Dani Brassington
Dani Brassington is an Intelligence Analyst from North Vancouver, BC. She has been involved in the high performance ringette community in BC for over 25 years as a player and now as a coach. In recent years she led the BC Provincial Excellence program, has prepared multiple teams for the Canadian Ringette Championships at the U19 and NRL level, and worked with Team BC for the 2019 and 2023 CWG cycles. Dani is excited to be a part of the U18 National Development Program and to work with the next generation of Canadian athletes.
Daina Seymour
Daina Seymour is rejoining the national team program after previously serving as an alternate with the 2000 National Team and an apprentice coach with the 2007 National Team. Daina was part of the coaching team that led Saskatchewan to a Bronze Medal at the 2023 Canada Winter Games, 24 years after earning Team Sask’s last bronze medal in 1999. Daina has won several medals and was selected to the all-star lineup multiple times at the Western and Canadian Ringette Championships as an athlete. Daina works in the Education Profession and she also currently operates a ringette skills and development camp and offers instruction opportunities for former and current players to contribute to the sport.
Caley Mineault
Caley has been coaching within the Calgary AA Ringette Association at the U16 and U19 levels for the past 9 years. During this time she has earned a variety of medals at the Canadian Ringette Championships. Caley has been a part of two Winter Games coaching teams earning a Gold Medal at the 2020 Alberta Winter Games, and recently a Silver Medal at the 2023 Canada Winter Games. Outside of ringette, Caley is a junior high teacher for the Calgary Board of Education.
